Glad to hear that Tally is better. I have been looking for a beginers class for Hawk I feel like I am going in circles. Have to find someone to train with as the one I was going to with Tiz moved to Colorado.

Great about Barkley it is something to see them run and having furn. Hope your girl starts to do her contacts I never had a problem with Tiz she always made hers so not sure how to correct the problem. I never pulled Tiz until she stopped running because of pain

I had trouble with Hawk starting to bark at field trials and I got squirt bottle and got him a few times and he stopped completely. He will look at me first and you can see him thinking about it. He does not like getting wet unless he is the one who made the choice

Hey you all,

We`ve been away from agility fields for some time as I lost my grand old lady last year. Last fall we started to practise with little "Melba" when she was still small puppy - just tunnels and running. During the winter I clicked with her to get her "touch" in shape - now we are ready to move it to the contacts. She is 16 months now and we started practising 2 times a week. Our aim is to start competing in the beginning of next year. She is very much like my "Ami" was in the field but hopefully I´ve learned something during the past 10 years and know how to train her better :)

Pauliina, I looked at you video and I really belive that 6 months old pup should not jump over obsticles. Not until they are at leas 1 year old.

If you take a closer look the obsticles are like 10 cm high. So definately not hurting the puppy. More she jumps on our runs in the forest.

Not sure I would have a 6 month jumping that high here in the states they have to be over 2 to compete as the growth plates take that long to close. Hawk is 18 months and just now getting back into agility training.
