Hi Wilma, where was this photo taken - in the Netherlands?
The strange bird is a penguin, probably a Cape Jackass Penquin.
If he was in NL, he is a long way form home or escaped from a zoo etc.

this picture is taken in South-Africa at the coast of the Indien Ocean.
