- I have owned and been owned by Irish Setters since 1974.
Purchasing my first boy from Roddy and Louvain Gledhill (Waragana)
Until 2005 I still had a *Waragana" Irish Setter in my home.,When I lost Aimee "Waragana Fields O Fire"at 12 years of age
Making a 31 year friendship with these wonderful people.
I could always rely on this wonderful couple for my next puppy to show.
Roddy and Louvain made the announcement they would no longer be breeding in 1996/7.
What a blow that was for me.!!
I could not imagine not having these special bloodlines just disappearing.
Deciding to breed myself.
I have been breeding since 1999.
Only producing a litter when I wanted to keep a pup for myself to keep Roddy and Louvains breeding in my lines.
To date I have produced 9 Champions and have one girl very close to her Grand Champion title.
My last litter being born 17th December 2007.
I cannot thank Roddy and Louvain enough for all.the help the encouragment and friendship they have given me over the years.
More importantly the wondefull Irish Setters they have given me to love.
and continue my breeding programme.

Quick update on Dash.She seems to be coming along well at the moment.
Finished antibiotics tonight.So fingers crossed she keeps improving.

DASH
Every test came back normal,the vet thought there was a mass showing up on the bladder in xray and ultra sound.
Thats why they opened her up.
But NOTHING abnormal inside??
Still not out of the woods as she is on antibotics and pain relief at the moment,so when they are finished will be the teller!!!
She does seem much brighter,but still not her normal self.

Update on Dash
She is home at last.Has a very LARGE zipper up her belly after explorotory surgery.
To find NOTHING!!! She is resting comfortably in front of the fan and at this stage all going well.
So not only am I at a loss at to what was wrong so are the vets?????… Continue

- Ash hasnt gone yet hes off this thursday.he was waiting to finish this job first.Then when he returnes they hope to get him back.Hes very happy and looking forward to seeing his friend out there.When in Aust he bought her a paddington bear.Shes very pretty girl.
Erin is coming on ok .Just had her stiitches out.she has a pot of fluid on her front at press im hoping it will go soon.

- hi erin is coming along fine plenty of energy.we had a long spell of sun and it was so hot and uncomfortable now were back to a mixed bag of rain and wind and thunder.The other dogs are all ok.They did wonder about Erin at first but she is so laid back they follow suit.
