Hello Wilko and so lovely to get your mesage. I have just looked at all your photo's and read all about Piet. So many happy memories of a lovely man truly missed. How are you and your family?

I bought my 1st Irish in 1974 and showed her with moderate success. I bred my 1st litter in 1977 and kept a bitch who did very well at Ch shows. she was awarded the Newry trophy for best puppy by the ISBC and gained a RCC. I have bred 2 Show Champions in the UK and 2 abroad. I judge Irish Setters at Championship level and most gundogs at Open shows. I was sec of a breed club for a few years and was on the sub committee for the ISBC Irish Setter rescue shceme.
I have also owned a Welsh Springer Spaniel who I made up to a Show Champion at Crufts she was also Best of Breed

Thank you for the pink ribbon. I have 3 friends and colleagues who are happily living lives having 'been through the mill' that breast cancer brings. They are all healthly and following reconstruction they all love their 'enhancements' new shape
