Sophy and Brodie Puppies....At Last

After 18 months of disappointment and frustration we finally welcomed some new babies. Three girls and a boy born this morning by C-Section. Mum is 8 years old so I decided not to let her labour especially as we had some disturbing greenish discharge and no puppy to follow. BLOAT Scare

Last Monday night we nearly lost our beloved Clancy Fagan to BLOAT. I thank God I was aware that it was fairly common with Setters and recognized the symptoms. He had emergency surgery at midnight and is now home resting quietly. Please, don't ever wait when your precious boy/girl starts to show signs of distress! Had we not acted quickly, our boy would not have survived.
