Any jobs going for a setter lover with a big heart?

Hello!

I am Reni, you may have seen some of my photographs on this site of my XXL Gordon. All my life I have loved animals of all kind and dogs especially. At the moment I am working as a schoolteacher in Bratislava, and also going to English classes. Writing, reading and understanding is no problem, but I need to practice spoken English a lot more. Odin and Danka finally online :-)

Still lots of work to do, many texts missing and many photos need to be selected for the galleries from all those CDs burned during the past years. Also a slight change in design is planned, I let my webmaster play around a bit before we decide on the final version :-)

Puppie boy 9 month old for sale

Berboss Highlight turns 13 years!

I received some photos of Odin's halvsister Berboss Highlight "Jenny" with her birthday cake. She turned 13 years young on the 12th November! Jenny lives at kennel Garden Star's and is not only one of the most beautiful setters I've ever seen, but also a perfect brood bitch with many lovely children, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren.

Jenny is still in very good condition, enjoying life, loooong sleeps until noon and foooood… Continue

Luna: 25.04.1997. – 11.11.2008.

Today when I got back from work there was very unpleasant surprise waiting for me:

There is no more my beautiful Luna.

She was the first.

She was the sweetest.

She was the most clever and compassionate dog ever!

She helped me go thru some very difficult time in life, full of grief in our family.

A very busy start to the month of November.

Saturday 1st November, the International Show in Metz, France.30 entry ! ! !

Under the Belgian judge, Mr Jos Decuyper, Girly wins the Intermediate Class.

She then has the honour of winning the Cac/Cacib,Best Bitch and much to my delight she wins Best of Breed.

But the day is not finished !

Girly 'shines' in the Group and the judge,Mr. Goubie,France, gives her Group 1 without hesitation ! ! !…

Piet Roks Junior Day 2008 at Ulvenhout (NL)

I feel good, ! So good ! So good ...

Yes, I'm so proud for my breeders who have always thought the best about me !

This day didn't get well in the begining. The young boys Haeton & Glen were not placed, none the pretty girl Gracelynn.

So, I thought I must put the pressure to win. I had to be an honour to the clan !

Fokka's holidays

Three weeks ago we spent very nice weekend near Pszczyna in southern Poland. I was assisting on International Autumn Trial and Fokka and Janka were spending nice time with their friends. Beautiful photos are taken by Ewa Kasprzyk, the owner of Fokka's friends.

If I Didn't Have a Dog

I could walk around the yard barefoot and in safety.

My house could be carpeted instead of tiled and laminated.

All flat surfaces, clothing, furniture, and cars would be free of hair.

When the doorbell rang, it wouldn't sound like a kennel and I could get to the door without wading through fuzzy bodies who beat me there.

Autumn Field Test

In october we were starting on german autumn field test with Lohmann's Milan and Lohmann's Ortrun (Chili) in the german club of french pointing dogs. Milan was starting at the the test for adult dogs and Chili started at the test for young dogs.. There where many duties they have to do: retrieving ducks from reeded water, retrieving duck and hare on a trail, trailing and pointing, work after living duck (searching and retrieving after shooting), general obedience…
