Just noticed that your first setter was a Reddins - We got Reuben from Reddins in sussex!

Yes the breeder is very concerned about it all but no other reported problems with his litter mates. I am sure he will be fine as he is such a character and has a whole load of naughtiness to test me with yet!
He loves his morning walk and has made lots of dog friends already and is actually coming along quite nicely with his training. Though I am a little concerned this may change once the teenager starts emerging - any tips greatly appreciated!
You I see obviously have a fair amount of experience with Setters.

Thank you Barbara,
Reuben is the most lovely handsome 20 week old Irish Setter who has been with us since he was 8 weeks old. He is our first Setter and we waited a long time for him - but well worth the wait!
Unfortunately he is in the Vets Hospital tonight as he is having lots of tests for a rather chesty cough that my local vets can not diagnose. So he was referred to the specialist and he had a fluoroscopy today and a Bronchoscopy and chest xrays tomorrow. The fluoroscopy showed no esophagus problems, so onwards with the other tests. This is his second Bronchoscopy and xrays but with a specialist doing it. He has antibiotics for the last month and has been treated for lungworm. The house is very quiet without him and no sorrowful eyes following my every move haha.
So We (my family of Hubby, and two sons) are hoping he is being spoilt by all the lovely nurses in doggy hospital!
Hi Barbara..Thank you for comment on my new puppie Malva..Love this time with the new puppie.../ Elisabeth M&M&M

Thank you for the nice comment on my "first-ever-show-blog"!
I definatly will need some more training at being a handler...that "grabbed" tail was not quite up to standard was it?
Thanks Barbara!! Had a lovely day with my red heads!! Will have celebrations with my children later in the week(they are all at college!!) See you at Crufts!!
Hi Barbara
Thank you very much. It was such a lovely surprise that I still can't quite believe it. I have to keep looking at the ticket, just to make sure it wasn't all a dream!!!
See you at a show soon.

Thank you Barbara for your comment on the new pics.
The boys enjoy the snow - and me too! There gives so much lovely places to life on the world. But for me, my Engadin is the best one :-)
Take care and many regards

...sorry to be a spoil sport, will not join in the next time, but must say I am a bit disappointed of the setter folks, he is just soooooooo great, you have to know him!!

Hi Barbara, just wanted to thank you for all the show photos you keep on posting here. i didn't have time to see them all, trying to catch up! But I know how much work it is to select good ones, name them all and publish. Its really great of you to make this effort so we can all enjoy the photos!
