Hi Dee - thanks for your nice comments on my recent pictures. The two are still eyeing each other up at home so not quite sure yet whether they really like each other or not but they're having a great time on the walks together usually :-) The first two weeks are not over yet so it's still early days....
Hi Dee, thank you for comment Malva-puppie, funny time now with a "little" at home../ Elisabeth M&M&M

Findley...a great name, Dee!
Yes i do love living here and so they will have to carry me out...no way I will move, even if I could do with a house that is not quite so big. But its just in a brilliant position with fantastic views.
First time Florida for me too...I have been to other parts of America, but never Florida.
Its mainly to visit my mother who has been going there for three months every year for the last 15 years.
If not for her, I may just have chosen a more exotic spot for a holiday...but this is the best time to get away from here...even if you can watch the sea from the house!
Howling gales, rain and snow...can do without all those...and with those short and dark days as well..:-)

Yes the show was open for puppies from the age of 4 months.
The age-groups were 4 - 6, 6 -9, 9 - 12 months. And then of course you competed against the others to win Best of breed.
Poland is WAY off (as far as I am concerned), I have not even been there...I did think you ment Sweden!
Yes I can see the sea from all rooms in the house, so watching the waves from the distance is at times better than actually being on the beach.
Certainly warmer!
Oh well it looks as if you will be having a busy show-time with your new adition. What is his name by the way?
I will only do a few more shows with Rusa and that will be her lot.
Then it will be obedience work instead...more fun (I think).
Monday I am off for two weeks holiday in Florida, looking forward to the heat but all the work that needs to be done before is almost taking all the fun out of it.

Coming my way?
So where will they live?
In the south of Sweden?
Interesting!
Please let me know!!!!!!!!!
Yes fantastic to look at the big waves when you are walking on the beach, but quite frankly its nicer to watch the waves from indoors :-)

Oh I went to the woods yesterday.
That is my salvation when the winds are howling...to day its all rainy and miserable but at least no howling gales. So the beach was fine...
I know what you mean, its totally boring having some puppies lingering on when you are keeping one yourself. You just want to get to know THAT one. But end up having them rather as a group of puppies.

Thank you for the comment on my blog, Dee! But I shall not make a habit out of showing...she did well (apart from flipping out in the big ring) but she is only just 6 months to-day (and NO cake!!!!)
We had a long walk on the beach this morning...more my cup of tea! :-)
How is yours getting along?
hiya dee
i definately will give you a call some time i always seem to be logged on to this site late evenings so i will try to find a time to give you a tinkle at an earlier time
dee when i asked the breeder if bailey had any of his vaccine she said her vet did not believe in giving them until it was 10 wks old so it will be another 3 wks before i can get him out and about
also i was horrified the other day as when he was travelling back from the vets he vomited a large worm...ugh
i had been worming him 3 days prior to this as had noticed worms in his faeces so thought they would have been all killed of so i promptly phoned the vet who gave me a one off worm tablet drontal i think
i had asked the breeder prior to buying him if he had been wormed and she said no.. i was quite angry that my poor puppy had not been treated prior to this as i believe he should have been at 2 wks old i wouldnt want him to suffer with these horrible horrible things inside him
anyway hopefully that tabs done the trick
regards
rosey and bailey
Hi Dee,
Thank you for your comment on Romã's picture.
She broke her leg and gave us a big scare, but now she is of that huge thing and recovering fast! The leg looks absolutely normal and she is walking better every day, is just a matter of building up her muscles all over again!
Hope everything is going all right at your end!
Hi Dee
thank you so much for your lovely comment on the new pics.
Glenn and Jamie enjoy the snow, and me too :-)
Have a good time and all the best
Regards Esther
hiya dee
sorry to hear about your leak... what a nightmare hope you've now got it all sorted out
bailey settling in just fine though still piddling in the house occasionally seems to go for the same spot namely the front door mat for some reason and his bed at times.
he's a lovely little thing but quite a lot of work hyper one minute and running about into everything and the next thing you look he's curled up asleep
seemed to have got his diet sorted out and getting into the swing of things ... he seems to enjoy iams with minced beef mixed through it and also chicken
thanks for the kind invite to come and visit your creche and meet your babies would love to take you up on that offer after bailey has all his jabs sorted out...1st one tomorrow
thanks for all your advice its much appreciated
regards

hiya dee
gave you a wee call but you must be out as got your answering machine
just to get some advice no the breeder didnt give me any food away with 'bailey' but told me she fed him with junior iams with either some canned pedigree chum mixed through or some chicken or minced beef up to 4x daily
ist day home i gave him some scrambled egg as he suffered from travel sickeness coming home and later i gave him the iams junior dry with some tinned chum but he later had diarrhoea
so haven't given him anymore tinned chum
still am not sure of the quantity to give him yet have been giving him a handful of the dry iams moistened with water and cooked chicken with no further problems do you think the iams is ok or is the royal canin better as want him to get the best?
took him to the vet yesterday to get checked over to get his first vaccinations on friday vet says he is a big puppy for 10 wks so thinks he's going to be a big boy also could only find one of his testicles so hope the other one appears as my herbie had this problem to so must be common in the breed
by the way i live in the falkirk area so don't live far from you at all
im off to bath bailey now as he is still abit smelly as he came from a farm hes really keeping me on my toes hes into everything and wants to chew chew chew so i guess he must be teething
anyway any advice would be appreciated
regards rosey and bailey
Hi Dee,
So you still have two pups to go then. Is this because they are going abroad? Do you have to wait for the pet passport or something like that? None of my pups went abroad so I don't know any of the rules....Hope the water tank gets fixed soon.
