If only they could talk and tell us what has happened to them. I picked up an old old Irish girl - must be at least 13 years old - and wondered if she would make it to my home from Enniskillen. She did and within half an hour had taken over the bed. Needless to say she is still here and will spend the rest of her days with me and my Micky (10 years old) and Dudley (13 years old). Now if she could talk she would have a story to tell .

At 11:14am on November 1, 2011, dorothy park said…: Jackie We will pick the puppy up tomorrow. I thought I might be able to get him on Sunday but something came up. I was in touch with the lady who has Sam the 2year old. She is going into full time education. I offered to take him yesterday as I was in Dublin but at the last moment she emailed to say she wanted him to stay in the South and thought she might be able to keep him. I have left it that if she needs me I am only at the end of a telephone.

At 12:20pm on November 21, 2011, dorothy park said…: Hi Jackie We picked the setter up from Meath Pound today and he is in Janes kennels. Lovely boy. He is 14 months old so just a baby. At the moment we have 5 rescue dogs in with three of them being homed this week. If you hear of any of the four setter breeds in need let me know. I co-ordinate rescue for all four. Thank you for caring.
