Hi there and thanks for your interest. I'm going to keep the website updated on a regular basis. I've had some good feedback. I have problems with Irish Setter Breeders opening up and being just a little more upfront on what is going on but in fairness I'm also getting support from others! So it isn't all bad. One problem is that the one of the people I'm critical of is well known on the "circuit". We are due back to see the specialist next month. August holiday season in France really makes most of the country shut down!
Well I really don't know, Colin has been on holiday and he can't put on the fact that all are sold. I let him know about 10 days ago. I got an email from him via his phone telling me he was on holiday. It would be interesting to know if all the puppies on the site are there or not, or do people just not inform Colin that all the puppies are sold or not.

I have been so lucky, most of the people already have or have had an Irish Setter so they at least they know what to expect, This is always good when selling puppies, had an enquiry from someone who wanted to take an Irish to India of all places, I told him that he would have difficulty finding anyone to send a dog there, too far away, although Australia isn't unheard of. Ah well hope he didn't think that I was being racist by telling him that they have all gone. What a wonderful position to be in at this stage, all sold..unfortunately Colin is on holiday at the moment and he can't remove them from the site. So still fending off people do you know anyone with a litter in UK that I can put people onto...?? Dee and the gang

Thanks Catherine. I'll certainly contact her. How disappointing for you that Kim didn't havee puppies, but at least she is still young enough to try again. Will keep all fingers and paws crossed that things go well in the Autumn.

hello Catherine, sorry for not being in touch lately, hopefully the weekend will be calmer. some family problems, work work work and then the dogs... wish a day had 30 hours at least!

Yes I am a great believer in Nature, it has a way of bringing you back to earth, I just feel that better now than later, I think that the heartache is better now, because I have all the others to think of and feeding the amount that I am there it too much to do and I don't have time to get too upset, It may well hit me later... I am feeding 5 times a day, do get help for at least 2-3 of these feeds during the week, people have been so kind, but don't volunteer anywhere in my hearing because you will end up with a bottle and a puppy in your hand, and they will keep coming until they are all finished, I will probably collapse for a week after it is all finished. But that is what we sign up for when we mate our bitches isn't it????
Well they are all fat and happy at the moment. Saffy is doing really well now, she is still digging up the bed etc but I hope that will end soon, she is still bleeding but I am keeping an eye on that as well, we should be good as they say...All the best Dee and the gang
Thanks for the hugs and Kisses greatly received, Of cause I don't believe in spoiling them....Hum....I think it helped her bond with them she has turned out to be a wonderful mum. Although she has just got through the........tossing babies all over the bedroom, bit. But now I think I hope that she has turned the corner, and she seems so much calmer, and that makes the babies calmer, but I must say that they are like the Fourth Bridge you start at one end and just keep going end to end. round and round...still I think that they are starting to gain weight now, they are now two days old....
