Thank you for the "Czarnecki name story":)
Im glad that you like my Gordon male.I was imported him one year ago from Germany. This is my first Gordon."Wizzy" is verry nice male I think, his pedigree name is Woodstock Vom Pulserdam" and in his lines are:Triseters like :Ebony Nirvana,Black Vader,Ebonie Scot,Ebonie Nerrisa & Raggededge dogs. His pedigree you can find on my web.
From a child Im in big love in Irish Setters, for me they are the most "human dogs":)but in Gordons I did find somthing more crazy, other beauty and they are still setters.Wizzy is like "black devil" in house,he have huge hunting passion and he's excellant dog show.I love him so much, and Im verry happy to have him in my kennel.
Best regards for You
Anna & Saturnii Setters
Thanks for the background on your Gordon. I wish you the best of luck with him. Just for fun you might want to visit my website at www.brytestar.com and go to the "breed profiles" page - there are several articles there that I wrote for a national dog magazine a number of years ago. There is one on Gordons, one on Irish titled "The Kid in the Dog Suit" and one that compares the two. It might give you some insight into what's going on with your "black devil." Take a look.
Hola wendy. Thanks for invited me to this wonderful side. I need to know more about it and I will see as soon as I have Time. I haven't show any of my dogs since the World dog show. Harley is in Merida and he is going toRepublica Dominicana Next Month. XAVIER
I am not the breeder of Bill's Lucy, but I arranged for him to purchase her and I actually transported her back to Calif. from St. Louis for Bill as a puppy. Her breeder is Charles Frye of Starbrite Irish Setters. Charles bought Lucy's mother from me in 1996, Ch. Silver Wings Bright Star, JH. But Bill has never met or dealt with Charles directly, so I guess he considers me to be Lucy's breeder. And yes he certainly does provide a great home for his Irish!
Hi Wendy, congrats on your WW! Is there any result list for the Irish Setters from Mexico? Mostly I would be interested in the World Show part as there are some unbelievable rumors going on here in Europe :) and I would like to check. Thanks in advance for your help.
hi Wendy, yes, I've seen that website, but there is no info about what I would need. Gonna send you a private message what I am looking for :) Thanks for all your help until now and sorry that I haven't replied earlier! Laura
thank you for kind comments about my boy. I will send you his background in an email :)
The field work is certainly addictive. the problem is that there is not many trainers experienced in setters around Chicago... I am working with some GSP people right now. As we go trough the training I will certainly have more questions :D
I will do some research and see if I can find setter people in the Chicago area. I already am thinking of one who has Gordon Setters and is a great person. His name is Mick Osman and we have known him for decades. His email is firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send him an email about you. He has bred Gordons for many years and has done some nice show winning with them. He also does hunt tests and some field trial stuff, plus he is very experienced with putting on events and even judging some hunt tests, and he can help you evaluate Lego and suggest what his best opportunities are. I'll contact him tonight and tell him about you. I think you'll get along with him very well.
Hello Wendy! yes I would certainly love to be your friend...I dont know if you have read my reply to you in the forum, but it gives the background to this Tennessee-walker-facination. :-)
Also interesting to see all the work you are doing with your dogs! Great!
