Yes,he is John,and getting bolder every day! Eva and Karen, my groomer sells collars for a local elderly lady that makes them. My other dogs have collars for every season! : )

Oh Anna, when we picked him up, my husband stated that life as we know it has just changed. And it has! But he's as sweet and clever as he is ornery!
Thank you Jo, I know, I love the collar too, all three dogs have matching ones. : )
