Hello Everyone,
welcome Michele. Which part of Australia do your parents live?
I just took my 7 year old Sophy and 5 year old Brodie for a vet check in anticipation of Sophy coming into season next month. She has to have a fitness certificate when she is over 7 to have another litter. The Vet told me 'She is in great shape'. So fingers crossed that I will have some new babies in the New Year.
Cheers,
Carmel

Hi Carmel, great news on Sophie and Brodie. Look forward to good news next year!!

We have a couple of local shows this weekend. Clancy and Bridget are looking great! (even if I do say so myself ;-)))

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this group today and unfortunately don't have my own Irish/Aussie red devil yet but I'm waiting patiently (NOT) on some news from a lovely breeder here in Perth, WA.  I had a wonderful red girl when I lived in Scotland 12 years ago but for the moment I'm filling up on all your fabulous photos and stories...keep them coming :) Leisax

Hi Leisa,

Welcome.  I can understand how excited you are waiting for your beautiful Irish girl/boy.  Nothing quite like an Irish baby, in fact, nothing quite like a Setter.  I'm sure you're having a wonderful time looking through the many, many photo's that are on this site.  Enjoy & the time will fly by for you.

Hi Leisa,

Welcome, how very exciting waiting for your baby!  There is nothing quite like that beautiful little fat belly & soft pink tummy, the waddle, how they sleep, their soft hair & the wonderful puppy smell.  I believe they are one of the cleanest dogs except for the spotting of water anywhere in sight!!  Then the fun begins.  What a wonderful time you are in for.  Looking forward to seeing those beautiful pics.

Kind Regards

We are so privledged to now have two beautiful boys with such a great bloodlines that contain so many beautiful dogs. Our Connie has named him Josh for unknown reasons,so we'll just have to go with that. Will have to get some good photos to share with everyone.
