I live in Bratislava, near the Danube.
My love, my almost everything was my devil Gordonxxl. He was a big clown with a huge warm heart and a tender soul.
He died 19th October,2008.
He suffered from hip dysplasia-HD/D.
Very painful and horrible death.
I miss him so much
Now I have a witch Isis (Kabaret Girl form the Noble Friends).
Hi Ereni,
Welcome to the forum and enjoy :-) (there's also a Gordon forum if you want to have a look: http://gordonsetter.ning.com/)
Nice main photograph :-)
Best regards,
Nicole

Thank you for the nice photograph. Your photos are very artistic; I like them. I'm trying out different things with the camera and have only just started to enjoy taking pictures of the eyes :-)
What breeding is your Gordon? He's very nice!
Hi there Ereni
The place you live sounds wonderful, I hear that the Danube is beautiful. Do you get to walk by it with you Gordon, I live in their place of origin but I own Irish. Your boy sounds great I show mine but they are first my pets sleeping on my bed etc. Welcome to the site
Dee and the girls
Hi there loved your photos your boy looks so happy in them, you saw my fault. I am potty about my dogs. People ask if I keep them in a kennel......I say yes it's a 4 bed detached......my house!!! Jas sleeps on my bed with me at night and the other Saffy sleeps in her cage, she takes herself off at night, Jas is now 71/2 and Saffy is 3 she should have had puppies in a few weeks but she missed being mated....better luck next time. Dee and the girls
Hi there Ereni.
Saffy will not be having puppies.... she was never mated, the time spent with the stud dog didn't work out, don't know how but there it is...I was so looking forward to them, puppies that is, but perhaps better luck in 11months, watch this space.......Saffy has a basket in her cage she takes herself to bed, its her space and NO-ONE is aloud in it, not even me...don't think I could... how do you get into his bed, I hope it is bigger than a plastic bed with a duvet in it, I do sleep in their domain though (the back of the car) it is like the ''Princes and the pea''. there are about 5 duvet's in it. Quite comfortable.....Dee and the girls
Hi Ereni,
Thanks for your comment! I have a Canon 30D and 2 weeks ago bought a new lens EF200mm as I love photographing the dogs running and until now they were usually too far away... well, they are setters after all:-)) I'm very pleased with the new lens!
all the best
Susan
Hi Ereni, Thankyou for your kind words you wrote about the beautiful English Setter breed on the ES group. Although I only have one English Setter (at the moment!!!!!), I have always loved their kind and gentle nature, not to mention their beauty. Love the Irish, Gordons & the Red & Whites also. Just love all Setters, I guess.
youve got a spring chicken there my irish oldie is 12 1/2 now and hes still resonable on his pins. he does have arthitis but he still loves his walk, Ive put a video up of two of my dogs.your lad looks a treasure.my friend had shadows brother until he died last year she had a gordon who was 14 when he died the sept /oct of 2006
Thankyou ereni for your very kind comments on my photo's. I do have a lot, I know, but these girls are just such good subjects that I cannot help myself. Lots of love to you and Gordon. He is sooooo beautiful.
Krásne nove fotky sme zaregistrovali:-))
K davnejsej otazke, brat je zase vcudu, ale vyjadril sa ,da sa vsetko, chce to len chut fotit a hodne to zavisi od kvalitneho objektivu.
I'm so sorry Ereni. My thoughts are with you - sending you lots of strength and love! He will always live on in all of your wonderful photographs.
Much love to you and take care for now.
Thankyou Ereni for your comments about my Megg.

I thank for the thoughts for Saffy and I, I am sorry I didn't answer your last comment, your translations are very good I wouldn't know where to start. I hope to get Saffy back at dinner time tomorrow, do keep in touch Dee thanks again it is so nice of everyone to give her and me their thoughts at this terrible time. We could kill them sometimes but their smiling faces will always be missed if they were no longer there, I am keeping everything crossed for her safe return
Thanks for the comment on the picture of Saffy It is a really nice crouching point I just love all of them can't wait for Saffy to get better and try again. Dee and the girls
