How long have you owned Irish Setters?: 15 years. Jonasz is my second irish setter. He is ten years old.Filip, his son, is six years old< Olek is 6 months old and Dyzio i 3 months old..

Hi Ewa, Thankyou so much for your comments on my girls. I really appreciate it. I have always loved Irish Setters, and have had them before, but Megg is my first English girl. We got them both as baby puppies together and they've been inseparable ever since. Tess had her 7th. birthday today. How time flies!!!!!. She is such a lovely, quiet girl and an absolute joy to live with, as is Megg. Both have a very similar personality which is nice for us.

Thankyou Ewa for letting us know about the pheasants. I have not heard of that. I don't like seeing any animals or birds hurt in any way. How nice to see a lovely, well trained Setter. My English girl Megg is quite bird obsessed and loves nothing more than to chase after them, but they are always too fast for her, thank goodness, and Tess, my Irish girl, doesn't really bother about them at all. She's too interested in just 'hanging out' with her Mum.

Your pheasants are very beautiful.

Hi Ewa, thankyou again. No, my Tess isn't a 'complete' lady all the time, and I've probably not written clearly, but yes, she will definately chase birds, but is not very interested in catching them. Loves the chase, but gives up very easily. Megg is crazy for them.

It was very nice to meet you with Palisander at Nowa Ruda Dog Show. Sorry for my very bad english speeking. Did you take some pictures of me and my dogs? My husband has made some, but they are really bad and it's nothing to see on it ;-) And did you have success with Palisander? He is a very nice dog.

Hi Ewa. Thankyou for writing. Also congratulations on Palisander's win at the show yesterday. What a wonderful achievement. I'm sure you're very proud.
We don't celebrate St. Nicholas day here. I had not heard of it until Reni sent me her picture. We just have Christmas Day where everyone gets together with their families for lunch and celebrations. Father Xmas comes to the children on Christmas Eve (after they are asleep), and Xmas morning is when the presents get opened. I find it very interesting to hear how things are done in other countries.
