About Me:
I teach music & performing arts in an inner london secondary school.

I have 1 IS & 3 IRWS
I also have a horse, 2 cats & 2 ferrets

I jointly own a kennel name with my mum and we bred our first litter of IRWS in December 2010. We are new to the show world and are awful at handling our girls (we kept a bitch each off of the first litter as we live seperately).

We are currently hoping to have a 2nd and final litter from Poppy. Happiness, Health, temprement, genetic diversity and conformation are what we aim for.

Hi Susie, thanks for your comments on Benson and Bess, although I think I've deleted it by mistake......uggh. Believe it or not, they were stood/sat and just stayed still.........Benson is a very tall boy, so the size difference at around 8 weeks for Bess was so sweet. Anyway, I'm enjoying your photos and hope to meet up at a show maybe.

I would love another Gordon but think that the R&W's are a more manageable size and generally seem to have better tempraments. Benson has been quite hard work, whilst Bess is a sweetie (don't tell her that though!). She is shown but handled mainly by her breeder Jane Valentine as she was such a pickle in the ring for me when she was younger and I am a total novice at showing. She got her first RBCC at the Manchester show in Jan which we were amazed and thrilled at. Anyway, we should be at the open show (hotel is booked!) and I shall be showing her there, although Jane will do the honours at Crufts (I hope). As for pulling, it seems to be R&W trait and most arrive at shows tied into various types of harnesses and haltis.......You should have a chance to meet most of the R&W owners at Crufts as the entry will obviously be far larger than at the open show, although it's always such a nice atmosphere at the breed shows. I look forward to catching up with you at one or both.
