My husband and I raise and show Irish Setters. I have an extensive background with many kinds of animals including working as a Veterinary Assistant. Our girls have attended Field Training days, Handling Classes, Sprinter Events and Scent Detection with us. They love to swim. Conformation showing was new to us when we started with the IS's but the girls have done well despite us. :) There aren't many Irish Setters being shown in the Maritimes and we don't travel to all the shows so points are slow in coming. Our girls are primarily pets with expensive hobbies. Hahahaha!
