My name is Rosemary Kerr and I was first introduced to this wonderful world of Irish Setters by my father who bred them for the gun back in the 50's.I grew up with them, my children grew up with an Irish and together with my 2nd hubby we now presently own 8 Irish Setters. I resided in England from 1985 to 2000. I came back to the USA because of family. We brought over 5 British Bred Irish when I came back and have continued with my breeding program here is the States. To date 3 USA born litters. The blending of the UK lines with selective USA lines have worked out very well. I aslo sent a bitch back to the UK 3 years ago where she is qualified for life to Crufts, has a Junior Warrant tile and has been awarded RCC at 14 months old. Three of her siblings to date have gained their AKC Champion titles and one of them also has a Junior Hunter title. We are members of the Irish Setter Club of America and quite active showing our Irish. I am working towards application for an AKC judges license also. Hope to meet new friends and look forward to being a member.
