Thanks Sharyn,

Love the photo of Pixie on the chair...typical irish taking the best seat in the house.

What a delightful cover picture! Sure shows the rollicking setter to be a happy puppy. I think the white faces are the most precious as we treasure each day with our older friends.

hello Sharyn, I think Gentleman is behind most "english" dogs. He is behind all mine as well. Amazing that he so narrowly missed becoming a stud-dog!

They HAVE grown!!! lol Nami weighs in at about 25 kg (and she is a VERY petite girl!), Joe at about 33 kg. I would like both of them to grow at least another inch, and Joe still has quite a bit of filling in to do. So, they are not done yet! Excepting Redford, all my guys have been slow to mature.

I so love your beach photos, and of course, of Pixie's beautiful white face. Hope all is well there with you, Gavin, Justin and the girls.

Thanks for the comment. I thought that pic spoke tons for how boisterous and happy puppies are. Can't remember where I found it but I like it alot too.

Hello there Sharyn, we actually have a discussion about that...check back in the FORUM and you will find it! The dog on the picture here was a total pain to teach...about a year or so.
Some just take longer with this.

Hi Sharyn,
I found with all four of the Irish I trained, it was necessary to teach a forced retrieve. Once the dogs understood there was no choice, they loved retrieving.
