thank you thought i was too late as thought it had to be there on Friday are you sure that i will be ok?
sorry been offline a few days. If you haven't sent your entry Jenny the secretary will be at LKA
The Kennel Club will have a list of shows so try their website. You are in the middle of "dog show land" and you should be able to find a show to enter. Irish Setter Breeders Club, Irish Setter Association and lots of gundog societies hold their shows at Newark and if you look on their sites you will see when they are held.
Good luck..... just looked on your blog, your setter looks like a really nice type, don't forget that the hocks should be perpendicular and you seem to have them tucked under him. How is he bred? I think you are going to have some serious fun with him, but always enjoy it don't get too blinkered.
Thank you, we are just in our first year and so there is lots to do and learn. She is from Locherlein- Cheryl and George Stevenson with kerryfair from the dads side. We just love her to bits, a well loved dog.
Mine were also bred on the same bloodlines so no wonder I thought she was so lovely. Have fun, and good luck.
