Teeth cleaning

Hi,

I spent most of my afternoon playing dentist with my 3 girls today...

I usually brush their teeth once a week, give them teeth cleaning snacks twice a week or more, but every 3 to 6 months I steel need to do some deep cleaning. Fortunately my girls beheve very well and i do not need the vet for this, but it's hard work to keep their teeth clean and healthy!

 

Do you do anything to keep your dogs teeth clean? Does anyone have the same hard work I do, or are my dogs theet unusually dirty? Any easier methods?

Hi Teresa,

Raw bones seem to be the best. We do not use rawhide (unless you find locally processed rawhide). Some rawhide products are said to be bleached, and even worse, treated with arsenic, especially when it comes from countries where you can't trace back the production process.
