Your experience with the education of more setters....?

This is something I´m really interested in.
It`s not so easy for me to translate all my thoughts and questions in English, but as most of you are writing in English I will try to do my best :-)
I have always had two dogs. One Setter and one other dog (sorry Annie, i love you anyway). The other one`s actually my brother`s, but stayes with us. Annie is a labrador-anything-mix and 14 years old so the question now is not how we educated her when she was young, she`s our privileged grandma of course but she obeys really well.
My experience with having two dogs is that the young learn a lot from the old but the older dog is of course NEVER a replacement for serious education. I have spent so many hours, weeks, months and years with educating Vito. I´m really happy that he has become a very obediant dog that just loves to learn!
I sometimes wonder however what it would be like to educate a further Setter.
Are you more careless with the seond one, thinking "he`ll learn from the "older"?
Do you educate your Setters (two, three or more) separately? How much time do you all invest to educate each and every one of a pack?
Hrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it`s so difficult, in German this would be so much easier. But I keep on trying!! :-)
The thing is, i sometimes wonder if you all have enough time to educate more than one dog of this ambitious breed? Do you have to be twice as attentive when you are in the greens/outside with two gundogs? Are they both or all allowed to run around freely or do you put some of them on the leash?

Of course I often dream of having more than one Setter and I`d just love to know more about living with a pack of them, no matter if you are a breeder or not.

I would love to read your experiences and opinions.
In English and German :-) THANK YOU!!!
