I like this photo the best ... looking pensive.  Solving all the world's problems ... but just for a brief moment.  Then back to normal lunacy!!!

I read in "The art of racing in the rain" - Garth Stein

Enzo the dog speaking about intelligence with dogs, his theory was that .... some races of dogs are not especially intelligent as it is commonly believed, they are just "responders" and "reactors" not independent thinkers. They are clever and quick, but they don't think outside the box, they're all about convention, where as ((all our ES dogs)) are about problem solving !!!

MC was particularly intelligent and simply believed he was a human ... after the age of two, he never did anything wrong, unbelievably good and wise dog, but God save us, what a temperament!!!!!!  He was the boss, the role (in my ignorance) I gave him as a puppy, and I had better remember it...... No Alzheimer in doggy kingdom.
