Hello again, how long trip do you think is ok for them now. They are five months (24 of June). Normally Im jogging for about an hour in the nature in the morning with them now. And in the afternoon we go up in the  mountains, first jogging up for about 45 minutes, and then we walk for a while - on the photo its 523 meters over sealevel.

Please, give me your advice.

Terje

Hi Terje, the vet-hospital in Zurich recommends (for dogs 4-8 months) walking up to one hour; part or that may be fast walking for about 30 minutes. They also say to be careful with stairs and to refrain from jumps and recommend swimming for building up muscles in a way that the joints are not overly strained. After that they say to slowly build up the training but stil refrain from long jogging routes or cycling until they are grown up (18mts?). But check with your vet or breeder as well. Cornelia
