It is a hydrotherapy centre for dogs Jean-Luc, not in my place ... unfortunately. This device is really a mini jacuzzi, with plenty of bubbles in look warm water while the staff is massaging MC!!!!  It did wonders for his arthritis.... well I guess the swimming helped a lot too. Apparently it is massively used for racing greyhounds.
