Thank you guys for the comments. Riley is very intelligent. He's unlike any setter I've had. He obeys my commands. Some time ignores them but for the most part he listens. As a pup he wasn't as hyper as the others in the passed. Maybe it's the amount of exercise he gets but. He's always been great.
