Hi Val. This is my friend's small front garden. He is just laying the new lawn and it is not real. The grass he had before was perfectly flat and looked very good to me. He removed the old grass to lay this. It can be scrubbed just like a good carpet and should last ten years or more. If it was bigger, I would steal it for my garden.
