Sam waiting for us to come home

This is a photo of Sam I took this evening. He is sitting on the deck chairs on the verandah. I recovered these deck chairs for my baby English Setter girl, Annie. Even though Annie was so tiny, she was so determined that she managed to be able to sit on these deck chairs. I wonder if she knew. Sam waited at home while I took Hobson and Misty for a walk at the botanical gardens this afternoon. Surprisingly this is Sam's usual behaviour even though he is a wild bird.
