- Life long owner of Red setter"s The field Dog ,hunting dog. Ii saw your web page and it looked very interesting
However I didn't see any pictures of red setter's ( a beautiful intelligent dog in its own right) I am sure you know the difference however it is still a Irish setter . It merely has a different function . As a gun dog ,field dog and companion they are second to none.
