Last training weekend for this "winter"

The weather here in the northern part of Finland is changing fast to warm spring/summer to catch up with the rest of the world . The meteorological changes here up north are tremendously fast. This weekend the 26.-27.4. we still had the best conditions ever to train with our dogs. Today the 28.4. now as I´m writing this the warmth wave cought up with us so all the snow has started to melt.

Some pictures of our dreamy weekend

I've only just had time to stop and stare... and admire... and smile at keep-fit for the finnish grouse! I think Petra and I and maybe some others would welcome a ES training camp up north around March next year:-))) maybe more fun than Crufts...
Whta lense do you use for these fantastic shots?

lens 70-300mm with a stabilizer.

Welcome, I will arrange a training camp for you with pleasure :)

Thanks - I was thinking of getting the same - so far all I have is 17-85mm and although the camera is fast, the lense is not enough for setters!

Looking forward to the training camp - but will have to do some northern keep-fit first:-))

Super photo collection. The one with the sledge reminds me of a novel 'Call of the wild' by Jack London :-) Althogh there were nothing and nobody who helped the dogs to pull :-)))))))
