Hey Peter....rubbing it in again.....eh????
It gets dark here at 15.30 ish...and light in the morning at about 08.45...so not much daylight here at the moment.
And it is the Winter Equinox in a few days time....Oh Joy!!!....Your area looks lovely, want a few visitors????

Ah ah Peter ... in the summer time here in Northern Ireland, we still have the sun light after 23:00!!! once it was almost midnight when it went dark... ok, this is not for many days, but I understand what you mean as I love this time of the year too. A pity it is far too short, but so wonderful !!!

I agree - it is very nice to have long evenings - but it is also nice to light a candle or make Christmas bisquits in the evening - we had a wonderful summer up in the North and a sunny autumn here and I'm still satisfied with all the light and beautiful moments - so Peter: Enjoy your summer!! And as Dee said: The days will get longer again here not long from now...
