I'm with you, Silvia. I check once a week or so and even posted photos not too long ago. Just don't see any new posts.... When I first joined with Birdie, who is now over 3 years old, it was so nice to read the sweet and encouraging chats.

As I checked today, I didn't expect to see a new post. So glad I did! Hope all is well with you.

Hi Silvia, I'm still here, checking the site for new posts nearly each day but have not posted for a while myself. I was thinking of you the other day - are you all well? Joy is getting on a bit now but aren't we all... she still pulls like crazy when the path is new and the smells exiting:-)). Take care, C & J xxx

So nice to know our site is still active! Although I've only been posting for about 3 years, I really enjoy you all! And of course, I don't know what I'd do without an Irish Setter in my life!

dear all

how lovely to hear from all you :))))

We are right thanks, although we unfortunately are in a sad period of the life  with a  family member who is  seriously ill.. but Oberon is keeping the mood of whole family: is incredible how important is to have our red friends in difficult moments..

i just posted some photos of our last trip in corsica in the summer. This time, we decided to share the time between beach and mountain since the beach in july starts to be a bit too hot for our irish lord.. Oberon is 8 and half now. still, he enjoyed a lot both experiences :)

i am trilled by the post of Cornelia, that Joy is pulling "when the path is new".. I start experiencing something similar with oberon: he is quite bored in our usual paths (although we take him in HUGE parks and woodlands!)

but over-excited if he dosent know the place..  and I am wondering how many have the same experience?? i will  start a new blog : )

Hi everyone,

My Molly is not over 1 year and is a very big girl!  She gets so excited by other animals and people and now unfortunately, with cars.  She knows that people are in the cars and she is used to getting adoration wherever we walk, so she has developed a habit of jumping at cars.  She is so smart, which is both a blessing and a curse.  I've enjoyed reading the posts here very much.

Thank you!

Dianne
