Justice for the dogs poisoned at San Marino Int.Dog Show

Saturday 28th may 2011 during the San Marino Dog Show several dogs died due to a strong poisoning. One was a small dalmatian puppy!
The San Marino Kennel Club knew that lately there had been several other cases of poisoned dogs in the same area and warned the expositors only with a panel posted in a couple of spots.
They did not change the place of the show, they did not prepare an efficient and quick veterinary service and at first they did not even want to cancel it.
It was only after the expositors' strong protest that the event was cancelled.
We think that the Kennel Club of San Marino was ineffective and is co-responsible for those dogs' death, and we ask the FCI to revoke the CACIB to the San Marino Dog Show as soon as possible. Effectively, the San Marino Kennel Club showed its inability to handle an International Dog Show with so many entered dogs and people.
This is the least sanction to a tragedy that could have been avoided.

I was there and was really  BAD time for all of us....we leave from there very quikly and all of our dogs are ok...but it is a HORRIBLE thing!

So sorry for all those people who were there, who lost their beloved friend, and those who had to watch that horror...
I hope that psychopath will be found and judged not only for killing innocent dogs, but also for generateing clear and preasent danger for hundreds of people ! Maybe then he will be judged fair... It gives me goose-flesh  to think about it. I got 2 kids and they are with me on dog shows almost every time...
Angeli – it was money talk no to cancel the show before that horrible thing happened. It's always the money :(  However dour it sounds, San Marino Kennel Club should be glad that only dogs died... They had plenty of time to change the place and make it extra secure, no excusess ! Sorry for my words, but I hope that assholes will pay for that too.

Signing your petition from Poland.
Very sad greetings...

Than, only one thing can be not comprehensible  - CAP - this is the place u write your comment, and you have to write anything, even "...".

Then u have to confim the link that will arrive to your mail.

BTW People can be that cruel :(

In my area there was the same problem - someone poisoned dogs, without any reason... We have some peace right now, but for how long...??? You will never stop thinking....

What a nightmare for all doglovers. The show organisers should certainly have made everyone aware of the risk and taken precautions. They did not and must therefore be prosecuted.

My thoughts are with those who lost their dogs so tragically.
