Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World
Dogs do not know much about colors, because of their color vision is limited.
For a long time it was thought that the dog simply saw the world
in different shades of gray, but recent research has shown that
the dog has a certain color vision.
Now we know that the dogs can not distinguish between red and green,
for example, a red ball lying on a green grass becomes invisible to the dog.
Dogs can, however, see the blue and yellow colors very well.
As a humorous conclusion could be, that a Swedish Irish Setter see
colors better than the other Irish setters .. :)
They probably know their way around Ikea too!
Great thought, Stefan and nice collage!! And true, Deb, Joy knows the way aroung IKEA - here we are allowed to take the dog with :-)) - I would so like to let her into the kids playground with all the colourful balls! This is a no-go however...
:-) :-) a good one Stefan! but .... yellow and blue, when mixed make green ... Irish green :-)
