Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World

Below is my first post about the Annie-invasion. 2 months on I can now say that storm Annie raged through our house and caused major damage to the peaceful lives of many... especially to that of our the cats Emily and Toffee! But all in all she is doing just great and when in the mood can look quite ladylike. Not that she is in THAT mood very often. Here she is, photo taken on her 4 monthly Birthday!

previous...

Our household is being turned upside down! Puppy Annie has invaded Switzerland and is making sure her voice is heard. As yet only as far as the neighbours but later who knows...

Annie was born in Ireland on August 16th, bred by Donal Mullally, sired by FT Ch Ballydavid Airforce out of Clannrua Comeragh. She will be joining Glen for field training and I am interested to see how she develops. This is my first venture into part field breeding and I am sure Annie and I are going to have alot of fun (and loads of hard work!!!).

I took her aboard the plane as handbaggage and she made friends with everyone on the way, even ensuring we got VIP treatment at Dublin security. She has settled in very quickly and is already friends with Glen, Erin, Bramble and the cats.

Thanks for your comments! I see my comment earlier said that Annie had mastered the art of catching daisies... those were the days - she is now pracising pointing and killing snow flakes!

Annie, looks so adorable, but you forget what a puppy can be like, when i got Finlay it had been 17years since i had  a puppy, what a shock, every thing was chewed he seemed to like chewing mobile phones  (",)

Haha, James, I will have to watch the course the storm takes very carefully and maybe take some precautions...

Ellen, thanks for the warning... mobile phones have not yet been subject to attack. ;-)
