soft toy has floppy ears and arms and makes noise. Yes it is the female thing. Even though I don't really speak to the other lot in Darwin I was worried when the cyclone hit. Molly alseep on the lounge. Is the Farmers Market all sorts of things. We were just looking in the nursery. I bought a chilli plant. We use them alot in cooking here. Neil does most of the cooking the asian cooking that is. You will have fun with Molly when your summer finally comes around. still hot and humid here 4.30pm Sunday afternoon

we have two bathrooms the one downstairs is only small. We used to put the other dog in the shower and go from their but I think the drain might be chocked up so we fill a bucket of warm water and I hold Molly outside and Neil does the rest. Shampoo and rinse. The flea shampoo is sort of working but like I said I think I will have to flea bomb the house. Molly down back yard looking for the guinea pig.

our winters are fairly mild. I think someone ownes the guinea pig but who is a mystery. It looks well fed and in good condition but I have only seen it from a distance because Molly would certainly make stew out of it if I went to investigate.

Hi Sherry !

I'm going to drop you a PM later when I have a bit more time but just to answer your question about the wheel :) I'm pretty sure there was some sort of fuzzy creature...maybe a cat or something wild that spent the night sleeping in the suspension spring over the wheel and you know setters...the nose knows ! They were sniffing all over the landrover tracking everywhere it had been, especially under that wheel arch and with such serious intent it was hilarious...their noses were practically snorting trying to inhale the scent :) I couldn't resist a few pics. I'm glad you liked the pics of the boys and yes Lego's eyes are something special...me being biased again :)

Thanks Sherry ~ Talk again later...not sure what time it'll be in the US though !

enjoy your dinner and keep safe. Glad your Molly's leg is better.

that is huge around 110 kms per hour. What brought that on. Hope Molly is being a good girl and not wondering out into the street. I am sitting outside very hot today on the deck and the wind is picking up here but not like that just a change to cooler temperatures I hope. first day of autumn today. We had some stuff todo to day Neil took day off and Molly stayed locked inside for around 6 hours and was a good girl.

Our son passed a very important exam today for his pilot stuff, transport air licence. It was like a universary exam and went for around 3 hours. He is one step closer to flying the big planes and maybe leaving Alice Springs. Not sure about leaving Alice yet maybe at the end of the year.

one thing I hate is wind. Our son will most likely apply for jobs with Qantas link. You will know Qantas is Australia's airline not as good as it used to be. He could be closer to us who knows.  Anyway all good. Molly alseep on the deck.

Sherry, I haven't taken any pictures at all lately, and that's not like me. Don't worry, there will be plenty more, since the weather is improving a lot. And we are going to Crufts as well! Darwin is, as usual, a wee darlin!

Hi Sherry... how are you. Whats your Molly up to ours is not doing much... still quite hot

the discussion was ages ago (is that the one). I am staying away from them at the moment.

Our Molly always has the door open for her to go in and out. I now close it when I go out she just sleeps and waits...

That will be nice to go out for dinner after working I love my dinners out.

When we went overseas last year Molly had 18 days of training at the kennels. I phoned them today to see what they thought about the letting of lead thing. They said the same as you did when I am ready and they are sending me a long lead to let her go on that and do recall. I am going to say to the people at training it is my decision etc etc. I don't think I will go this Sunday Neil can take her as it is her exam day. Sunday after we are away at the wineries...

Yesterday morning my daughter in law's grandfather passed away. He lived here in Sydney with his wife. I offered to go over to Alice to look after the kids so they could come over for the funeral. As he had just had a pace maker put in they will have to investigate further and we will be away at the wineries when the funeral is on. Her parents are paying for her and son to come over and my son stays there with the two eldest. For all of them to come to Sydney would have cost them just over $3000 AUD. Lot of money for a few days.

I will have a look at the forum. Good idea to watch Molly re the fence issue. Our last one Cherie used to find any hole to dig her way out. She was a shocker, people would find her and phone and I would not always know she was gone.

they have a bus that you just hop on and off... yes no to driving as it is too risky. There are heaps of wineries where we are going. I belong to two wine clubs down there. We could go to ones closer but this area is less commercial and really good. They import overseas. On Saturday night at one of the wineries we will attend a dinner on a bridge food and wine nice and then Sunday back home. Long way to go for good wine and good company it will be nice. The area is very country. Molly will be fine at the kennels and they are going to give us the long lead then. We will see how she goes. Raining here and cooler today so maybe tomorrow may be cancelled for her exam. It is a combination of on and off lead. Just recall off lead I think.

i will let you know how she goes. Saturday mid day here. Just back from our visit to Avalon and Molly received lots of attention. I will look at that forum later. hope you don't have to experience flooding.. enjoy your dinner with hubby

sweet Molly they love their beds and cuddles. Our Molly is outside sleeping on the deck. We may not bring wine back with us due to the issue of getting it on the plane. It is only a small one (not that small 40 seats). They will ship it to us free anywhere in Australia. Grape juice sounds good. Molly was quite lively this morning down at the shops. Maybe the cooler weather. Just going to look at that forum now...

i think your Molly would show signs of incontinence by now. The coat I can handle but that was too much and poor Cherie could not help it. Yes we are lucky with our Molly's we got them at a good time I think for each of us. Our Molly was playing with the boxer down the street on lead as his owner was taking him for a walk last night. She gave up rather quickly but it was fun. Labs are more into play I guess especially boys. Molly is a dainty female who likes her home comforts like our Molly. sleeping on the lounge now. She sleeps heaps.

molly is due for her annual needles in May so I will discuss it with him then. But as I have known him for over 20 years he knows he won't win with me if I am decided on what to do

Molly did really well but her sitting on an angle stopped her from passing. I did not go but Neil said she went really well. No dogs passed today. She had that long break before and after Xmas and has only been back a few weeks. She is happy and maybe next time which is in 1 month but I think we are away... will have to check. Enjoy your evening

yes Molly did lean some of the time. She was really good though and just needs to have her bottom square on and not on the side. Exams are the beginning of each month so next time April we will be in Alice. Doesn't matter as more time to train for the exam in May.
