Hi Sandra,
Yes thanks, we're fine and hopefully you all are too. The weather's calmed down a bit but it's gone quite cold! Hope your show went well too.. We've got a couple coming up soon so will have to get the grooming scissors out! I don't usually go to very many shows but do more field training.
All the best,
Nicole

HI Sandra,
Had a nice wekend,my boy Jive went BOB at a small country show Saturday,my puppy Kat took RCC Sunday,so all in all not a bad weekend.
Had very exciting news from New Zealand regarding "Tara" Kat's litter sister.
She took bitch CC and RUBOB Sunday and RCC and RUBOB Monday under 2 International Gundog specailists!!
We are all very proud of her,her new Mum and Dad are over the moon with the wins, she is only 10 months so looking good for her future show career.
Jo is going to send me photo's so as soon as I receive them will post.
Sunday was stinking hot with very humid conditions,Followed by a huge dust storm in the evening. My van looked like I had been in the desert Monday morning!! We had a little rain yesterday,so at least the dust has settled for a day or two.
Have big week coming up with shows,it is Melbourne Cup week so the shows start Saturday and go through till Tuesday. 4 days off work for me,can't wait!!
All International judges so going to be interesting,to see what dogs each judge . puts up over the 4 days.We have 2 from USA one from Italy and a Canadian.
Really looking forward to the weekend. They are great shows with a party atmosphere so will be fun.
Now have to get ready for work.Have a great day.

Hi Sandra,
This is short and sweet I am exausted with 3 big days of showing and then a big day at work with 5 dogs to bath and groom.
Had a lovely weekend,a few class wins but nothing to get excired about!!,I took all my young ones out for a taste of the big shows,so didn't expect to do any thing to get to excited about!!
Did you see the photo of my girl "TARA" that lives in New Zealand.I posted on the blog??
All well here.Still no rain.so now evrything is DUST!! Can't win it's either mud or dust.
Get the first section of the dog pens fixed up (hopefully) 18th of the month. That will at least give me somewhere to put the dogs when they have been bathed.
Hope all is well with you,How is Ash fairing?? is he still in Sydney??

Oh dear sorry about the hospital. The dogs love the beach, I like to take them there at least once a month.

Hi Sandra,
I've just seen that you've been to the hospital and I hope you and your dogs are well. We've been to two shows recently and have done reasonably well but won't be going to another one till springtime. We have to concentrate more on field training in the autumn and winter.
All the best and sunny greetings from Scotland,
Nicole

Hi Sandra
Sorry it took so long to reply. I'm afraid we had to sell my lovely puppy, it broke my heart. My husband is a builder and lost his job a few months back so we are having to sell everything to pay the mortgage as he doesn't get any benefits due to being self employed. At least she went to a lovely home with two other setters and a two acre garden.

Hi Sandra,

All is well here.We are having really warm muggy weather, which my old girl "Chay" does not cope with to well.I didn't think I would get her through last summer,so am dreading the really hot weather this year!!
She is 13years and 3 months now.Still likes her trips to our 10 acres though!!
Although the galloping around is now only a slow amble!!.
I much prefer the autumn here.Spring the weather is unpredictable, seems to be either to hot or cold and changes from one day to the next.Never know what to wear when you leave home in the mornings.Been caught many a time with freezing winds and no coat!!
Are they predicting a white Christmas for you?? My last Christmas in UK we had snow.(1970)
Will be having Christmas with my daughter son in law and Grandsons, what are you doing this year??
I have 2 weekends off no shows no work.So am looking forwrd to that.
Marie.

Hi Dandra,

Have the weekend off and not doing to much at all just kicking back and relaxing as much as I can.
Have 2 shows next weekend so will have to start getting the dogs ready .
They are all in need of a good groom out, shedding winter coats at the moment.
I am looking after one of my girls I bred for a month her Mum and Dad are off to UK and Europe for all of December.
I think their daughter is living over there at the moment.
Still having strange weather here.Hot and then cold, but not much rain.
How is your shoulder??

Hi Sandra,
I hope everything will go well at the hospital and that they'll be able to help you. I can imagine this is quite inconvenient if you have lots of dogs on a lead and sore arms. Are you still experiencing problems with your page? There have been general site problems recently so maybe that's just part of it. Wishing you all the best for your hospital visit and hope you'll get well soon,
Nicole

Hi Sandra,And a very Happy Christmas to you.Hope you have a fantastic New Year with your red Heads in the show ring.
Have been frantically busy at work and think O will spend the next couple of days asleep!!
Have 2 shows over the weekend so will be getting the kids ready.
Have a few dogs to bath at work. They are staying in the boarding kennels where I lease my grooming room.So I pick up a bit of work from there when the dogs go home,
Enjoy your day.
