Hello Kim,
No I have no video of me working with my setters...unfortunatly...
I have competed up to champion-class in obedience with three setters.
My goal was to have three setters in a row as Obedience-champions. Meaning daughter, mother and grandmother.

Having done that, I have only competed very little and at lower levels.
I have spent 15 years competing at high levels and feel that I have done my bit...I love teaching the dogs new things but am a bit tired of the millimeter-precission that is required when it comes to championlevels.
So I am happy just to potter about as it is now.
My last Obedience-champion is Ettan (Röde Baronens Long Tall Sally) and she is 9 years now...
And yes that will be my last champion:-)
Although I now also have her grand-daughter that is VERY good, but she would also need someone that was very enthusiastic...and that is not me any longer...:-)

No other swedish dogs working to higher levels at the moment.
On the other hand - I have not looked at you-tube and tried to find any.
But over the years there have only been a handful of Irish setters made up as obedience-champions here.
The competion is too fierce in champion-class when it comes to BC's. They are after all just perfect for the job. And when you enter the ring after 12 BC's it takes some doing to reach the top!

I have won the Best-obedience-setter in Sweden for the last two years, but that has been lower classes only. And all I feel like doing for the moment.

I also write about dogs both for a womans magazine, the swedish kennel-club and books. So after years of your hobby turning into a job, I feel almost as if I have reached a point were I just want to have my dogs as companions and breed the odd litter. :-)
The sort of "Been-there-done-it-attitude"...:-)
