"Nigerian Scam" in social networks

Hi everyone,

 

Just wanted to alert you to a new thing obviously started by email scammers. It was not on this forum, but in another dog lover site when someone wanted to be my friend. Only hours after I had added this individual as a "friend" I was pestered by a "Nigerian Scam" in which these people claim they have a lot of money and they want you to help transfer ist to whatever Bank of don't know what.

It's not dangerous as long as they don't have your bank details, but it's very annoying. Take care and stay safe online!

Thank you,I seem to get those scams all the time,especially those supposedly from my Bank and then they ask for my pin number.Beware!
