Hi no it will just be Guinness at the show I entered ages ago else I would of put Paige too come.

Our baby is due sep so Rog getting ready for the champ shows, I thought I would let him show at the open one first lol, bless him he is out every day in the garden with Guinness.
Not a lot, having trouble with the Back! Out with Jessie on Saturday at Newark (Poppy dropping coat due to come in to season so she is not out in May) Our next champ show is Bath. Are you doing Mid Herts Gundog at Woodgreen? Annie is just gorgeous!

I got a 2nd with Poppy and Jessie got 4th on Saturday at Newark, we have to go in postgrad now at open shows so up against older dogs, its hard!!!!

Hi,
I think that Clancy and Gibson sound very alike. Its nice to know that he isn't the only one who tears his bed to shreds and steals socks (or virtually anything he can reach!) I just spent some time chashing him around the garden with my new bra!!
He eats when he feels like it (sometimes he just turns his nose up and walks off, after sitting and waiting beautifully for it!) so I suppose that counts as being a fussy eater. He is the most loving dog I have ever owned and follows me everywhere I go, including the toilet.
OMG I have been there far too often, I lost my lines back in the 70/80's with bloat, do you know what started it??? or did it just happen??? I do hope that you and he will be fine in the future....how old is he???
I'm sorry to read that Gibson has suffered bloat, I hope he recovers soon.
I am writing as you may not know of the current request for DNA to be submitted from dogs who have suffered bloat. Cathryn Mellersh at the Animal Health Trust is applying for funding to start genetic research into bloat, would you please submit a DNA sample from Gibson, this link is from the ISAE website and tells you what to do, http://www.isae.co.uk/PDF/Setter%20Shot%202009%20Health%20pages%20f... pan down to DNA archiving, it's really important!
The boys are great together. Clancy is still a bit rough at times but Rory seems to love the rough "boys games". Clancy suddendly looks very grown up and sensible!
