- I love the breed and actually I have a 2 years bitch Rula, and a 9 years dog Bombo.
I started in Show Dogs when I was 15, with my Borzoi "Toxo de Sortella", my first dog who gave me beautifull moments and friends, I met in the shows the Irish Setters people and that lovely and beautifull red dogs, and I decided that my next dog will be an Irish Setter.
My first Irish Setter "Sar" arrived at home in 1987, when he was 10 years old, he became to suffer epilepsy, and after 2 years, with a high quality of life, I decided to put him to sleep.
In June 2000, my second Irish Setter Bombo, arrived at home, and we began to go to Dog Shows again were we knew Genoveva Sánchez, owner of Montefigueiras Kennel and she promised me that my next dog will be a Montefigueiras, and now I have my lovely girl Rula.
I am very grateful to Genoveva and Wlly Duijnkerke to entrust me "their" beautiful puppy!!!

hi alicia, we are sad about the mist show in Alicante and i hope smart step(fritzy) is next week ok. I also hear my old girl Jackie cough but up till now not to bad. it can take up till 10 days before they get this. why people come to the show in amsterdam with a sick dog? i now the Dutch shows are very expensif sooo??? have a good december with a fantastic 2013. you need this, willy
