    Hello Sue!.Baileys 'strap' is a Halti-a type of headcollar for dogs that prevents pulling as taking Bailey out for a walk is much like taking a racehorse down to the starting gate!! tho he is getting much better now he's 19 months.He does eat lots of things that arent 'edible' tho but thank god he has never really been bothered with rocks/stones.
