- This is the first Irish Setter I have owned and she is a little darling. I was very privileged to have been involved with her from day one so. It has been amazing to see her grow into the lovely character that she is.
I started showing her 5 days after she was six months and she is doing ok. This is the first time I have shown dogs and think it will take me a while before the adrenalin stops and the nerves subside.
I also have a springer x collie who has had to put up with a lot from madam. I have always had dogs in my life mostly labs so this is a brave but worthwhile departure!!
