- Owned and shown Irish 20 years ago with Cavalier king Charles but with life changes and work comittments we had to give it away.
Now we have an Irish again we hope to be back in the show ring again.

I can see a lot of merit for that system, but it still does fall back to the opinion of the judge on the day.

A few years ago Northern Ireland only had UK CC shows, but now they also run IKC Green Star shows, many times during the year!! Its nice now that you can pop up North for either a UK show or an Irish Show;o) We need to go to the UK shows to get an easier qualification for Crufts ;o) So not having to travel to England is much better financially!! There are two UK Championship Shows for irish Setters up North each year, but more IKC Shows now!
