We have been reeled in as other dogs were charging about.
We did meet lots of dogs and they were all friendly. Thank god!

Hi Chantal. The black one is called Cassie. Benstead our my Sirname.
It is a beautiful country park for dog walking, although some owners still do not clear up the dogs mess. At the end of the walk, my new boots with deep grooves on the soles, were full of it. My wife only had one boot with it on, but she got in her (Newish) car before she noticed it and she was then in a killing mood. Loads of dogbins on these walks, so no excuse for it.

Very sadly some people do not know the basic rules ... giving a bad name to responsible dog owners :-( a real pity when you can enjoy such a great country park. Sorry for the name's confusion :-)

Hi Chantal. No problem with the name.
It is such a shame as the council has spent so much money on the park.
They have put in many pathways, signs and dog bins. It truly is a beautiful park with beautiful dog walks.
People are always ready to complain about local councils, but seldom praise eager them. To be honest, I am normally one of them.
