Because of the hunters in the forest. Right now is in our country main hunting season. When hunters see free running dog especially without muzzel they can shoot him..It's one of our stupid law...so we have to be careful about that.That's the reason.

Unfortunately everywhere there are a lot of stupid laws!!!!  and even more stupid people  :-(   The main point is to be informed about it and like you do, to make sure nothing will happen to your precious and beautiful Reds.  :-)
