- About Me:
- I have loved The Irish Setter Breed since I was 8 years old. Finally got my first, a girl of Dariabar Kennel lines, when I was 19 yrs old. Scarlet was with me just over 14 yrs. When she passed Tracy came to live with me (83) her sister Jill joined us (91) as a near 9 yr old when her owner took sick, when she left (92) I got my first boy Devin (92). Trace had to go in 1994 and when she passed I adopted a little girl I called Tory. I lost both Devin (at 10 1/2 yrs) and Tory (just over 12 yrs) in 2003 within 7 weeks of each other. In that same year I adopted my Kylie as a 10 month old, my Shane approx 5 yrs old and then in 2004 my Faith as an approx 8 yr old. I hope I am lucky enough to continue on in this Life and love many more Irish Setters and perhaps an Irish Red & White setter as well.
