- I live in Katy, Texas and have red hair myself. My Irish Setter is a girl named Salsa, who is 11 years old. We lost her two companions, Pace & Picante, a little over a year ago, at 12 & 13. Our first Irish was a beauty named Dignity, about 14 when he passed.
