About Me:: I bought Molly Pocket, Daughter of Herbert Pocket and she was supposed to be flown to SFO on September 18th, but we had 911 instead. She arrived around October 18th and lived with us for almost 14 years. We bought Rusty and Refund Dog about a year later and they were inseparable. Unfortunately Molly had hip dysplasia and we had her spayed and him neutered. Molly was my shadow and we all hiked all over Mt. Tamalpais, spent a lot of time at Stinson Beach and they had a 1/2 acre lot to run up and down a very steep hill on. They were incredibly strong dogs and all you had to say was "Where's the ball Molly?" and she would head straight down the steep mountain side and every time she would bring back a ball. They had a triathlete who took them on the trails every afternoon so when we came back from work they were good and tired. My husband loved his Rusty, 115 lbs of beauty and love. Very protective and gentle. They both died in my arms, Rusty on the 4th of July and Molly the following Xmas two years ago. We have a pound dog now, great dog, immediately obedient, trained to whistle only and hand signals. He is a velcro dog like Molly. When I first got Molly I had a broken shoulder so I louped her leash through my jeans loup and she went everywhere with me. She stayed at my knee forever after that.
