About Me:
On Irish setters 3 and 4 right now; one a boy born Sepember 2005, the other a girl October 2006 - both are fixed (have plenty of siblings out there reproducing), both are red setters; they are first cousins and adore each other. A bit of a handful but settling down. True Irish setters, they would rather play than eat, but they are so loving and affectionate.

That's Duke with his Christmas duck last year. It didn't last that long - but now he has Abby to play with, too. They are most wonderful dogs.

Hello Mary,
I perfectly understand that having two young Irish Setters is like having toddlers - I was going through this too:-) My ladies will be four in January and I can honestly say that they are becoming more serious every year - I am sure yours will be too:-) It is great that you have Irish for so many years. I fall in love with that breed 5 years ago when I got first Irish Setter - Nessi. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy her for a long time. She was very ill (she had lung cancer) but thanks to her I understood that I love this breed and I can't imagine my life without Irish Setter now.

Hi Mary!
Your walk with your dogs must have been very exhausting;-) I really like the way you described me that story. I had really good time when I was reading it:-)

hi,

Scout is a wonderful boy. The picture of him is one of the few where he is sleeping. He is always thinking of what he can do next to make me laugh. From chewing the handle of my coffee cup (plastic) to bringing me the cat ball to throw for him. I enjoy hearing from you.
